CGI Staking - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the CGI Staking Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional guidelines, policies, or rules provided by CardanoGPT regarding staking and NFT minting.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to stake CGI tokens, users must:

• Own a valid Cardano wallet that supports $CGI tokens.

• Be of legal age in their country of residence.

• Comply with local laws governing the participation in cryptocurrency staking.

3. Staking Process

• Users can stake CGI tokens by transferring them to the designated staking contract.

• By staking CGI tokens, users agree to lock their tokens for the selected staking duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), during which they will not be able to withdraw their staked tokens unless the staking period is completed.

4. NFT Minting

• Upon staking CGI tokens, users will receive a CGI NFT (Box or Key) depending on their staking duration.

• The CGI NFTs grant holders exclusive access to products developed within the CardanoGPT ecosystem, including the Girolamo Chatbot, CardanoGPT Writing Platform, and future AI products.

• CGI NFTs can be transferred, sold, or rented out on secondary markets, subject to the applicable rules and regulations.

5. Rewards

• Stakers will earn rewards based on their selected staking duration and the number of staked tokens. The reward rates are as follows:

• 1 Month Staking: 0.5% reward (minimum stake of 500 CGI).

• 3 Months Staking: 3% reward (minimum stake of 2000 CGI).

• 6 Months Staking: 8% reward (minimum stake of 2000 CGI).

• 12 Months Staking: 18% reward (minimum stake of 2000 CGI).

• Rewards will be distributed at the end of the staking period, along with the ability to withdraw staked tokens.

6. Security and Risk

• CardanoGPT takes security seriously, and every effort is made to safeguard the platform. However, users acknowledge that participating in staking involves certain risks, including but not limited to loss of staked tokens, technical failures, or third-party attacks.

• Users are responsible for securing their wallets and private keys. CardanoGPT is not liable for any losses resulting from user negligence or third-party attacks.

7. Changes to the Platform

• CardanoGPT reserves the right to modify or discontinue the CGI Staking Platform, including changing reward rates, staking durations, or terms, with a prior notice.

• Any material changes will be communicated through official CardanoGPT channels, and users are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from participation in the CGI Staking Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the governing jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

• CardanoGPT will not be held liable for any losses incurred due to market volatility, changes in token prices, or technical failures that occur during the staking period.
